We respect your privacy but not providing a telephone number could create delivery difficulties.
In the case that a package is returned to the sender because it was declared "uncontactable", a direct refund will be made for the physical good only.
Return Policy: LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:
Periodica Records can not be held responsible for loss or damaged goods inflicted by the postal services. Damaged or lost goods can therefore not be refunded.

RETURNED GOODS:
In the case that a package returns to the sender as "unclaimed", "undeliverable" or due to incorrect data, you have 180 days from purchase to request a refund of the cost of goods or reschedule a new shipment paid by the recipient.
